Homotherium Latidens

Homotherium is a genus of an extinct saber-toothed cats that lived during Pliocene and Pleistocene. The genus ranged from Africa, Eurasia and Americas. Homotherium was about the size of Afrian male lion, though more gracile. H. latidens was an Eurasian species .
